Hello there you wonderful and very cute people!
Another week, another progress update - Even though it will be a very short one.
As some of you may have noticed, my patreon page is currently under review. The reasons for this are not really clear to me right now and the Email from the Trust & Safety team only linked me to the game threads on f95zone. I took the measures that were in my power there in my own hands and now will just have to wait if that was enough and if it wasn't, what the next steps will be. Patreon is my main source of income so it's pretty important to me to get it back up and running, I basically rely on this income to pay for... Well, everything. I had to change my email address on Patreon as well since they weren't able to respond to me on my current one, apparently, so I hope that also worked out.
Starting last week I also wasn't feeling that well physically and on wednesday I took a covid test and it turned out positive. I was basically knocked out since then, laying in bed and not doing anything ( and I really mean anything ) for the first time ever in my life. Usually, when I'm sick, I'm still able to somewhat function and at least work a little but I was feeling absolutely bonked until yesterday, where I was finally able to get out of bed properly for the first time. Since then it has become better and better, but that is also the reason there wasn't a lewd render last week ( and why there is no progress update render for this week ). I promise you guys to post to catch up on these, though, and as soon as I feel good enough to properly sit down and work again, I will post more than one or two to make up for it.
That sadly also means there wasn't any real progress on the prequel or main game, sadly, which is pretty fucking awful to me personally. It's the first time since forever that I felt that sick but the fact I'm already starting to feel better hopefully means I'm over the worst of it. Never had covid before, so I guess that's what it feels like. I will update you guys as soon as I hear from patreon or if anything else comes up.

This sort of thing is one of the reasons why I refuse to give Patreon even one cent of my money!
I think Itch is starting to do something similar.

Patreon is arbitrary with their rules, so getting alternatives is a good idea. That arbitrary nature is why they just linked you to the f95 page, which is in itself stupid.
"You violated our tos somewhere that isn't us" is up there with "you trespassed on us by entering a competitors property. "
With that stated, the potential violations are patreon are puritans (except maybe very specific things), and as such they will count it as a violation if they think (they do not have to be correct) incest or loli. The rules are internally and externally incredibly vague, meaning totally subjective interpretation and enforcement. Any such infraction is non reviewable, you cannot change their mind even if you can get them to admit that's what it is. Keep in mind the definitions they go by for loli include such things as overall height of the character in relation to others, head/eye ratio, general build, character aesthetic, whether they are in school etc etc.
In your particular game, incest... well. And as to loli, i guarantee you some of the mods would consider a full half of your game consisting of lolis. Not just Alice and Sun, but Lucy, maddie, celeste, or hell yvonne. Seen people in this position refer to Uzaki as a loli.
Seriously get some backups and alternates. Even if you manage to fight past it this time i have not heard of it stopping with basically anyone once it starts.
If Patreon decides to continue to be a problem you could always create a Subscribestar page and let us here on Itch.io as well as your discord know Im sure we would be able to get it switched for you that way you can still get paid for all the awesome work you do.
Please keep resting as I had that happen twice and getting knocked out from covid can be problematic even longer term than I anticipated.
Tropecita Games went through the same issue with Patreon recently, with a reference to links on f95, you might want to ask them how they got their page back.
As someone who used to work in a hospital, covid is no laughing matter. Heal thyself and get better soon but also enjoy your downtime (burnout is a bitch). We'll be here when you're good.
Much as we appreciate the updates (and believe me, you're a lot more vocal than many more ... 'productive' people), please take time for yourself. I've had COVID myself, and it's certainly no laughing matter, so don't feel bad about not being able to do anything. We can wait.
