Translation in 0.14 pc is mostly wrong they described the protagonist mother as landlady and her step sisters as roommate or half roommate, don't know about the translation of 0.22 pc (haven't played that yet).
it's not a misstake its because of patreon that doesn't allow such things. So just google the game and a well known term for such kind of relationships and u are good to go.
I hope and if you make more games you can make them as good or better. I read in a comment of yours why you don't make moments of much drama, and I totally agree and share your opinion, I hope you continue like this and I will try to support the game as much as I can as your creator of the game. Anyone else on windows having trouble with screen refresh? Recently, each time I advance the dialogue, I have to alt-tab away and back to see the updated screen. It happens on MNF 0.14 for me and other games built on the same framework.

There's too much good content out there worthy of support to do a monthly subscriptions on Patreon (plus the censor so I hear so they shouldn't get a cut). I much prefer to support creators by purchasing merch or just one time donations.

With the big difference that Sisterly Lust is not on Patreon anymore. The reason why this game has the incest stuff removed is that you can download it for free from the devs patreon. His other game, My New Memories, doesnt have any download links on patreon and has incest enabled by default. It's not "on the dev" , it's on Patreon banning every game that contains incest.
The other person said 'Itch's terms,' Not Patreon. They could technically keep it separate from Patreon and still have the Mom/Sister things in it. So it's on the Dev still. They made the decisions. They don't have to use Patreon, I'm pretty sure they could use other services.
That's not how it works though, Patreon is the devs main income and he links to his patreon page on itch.io as well. Inform yourself because you accuse the dev of doing something wrong because there is nothing he can do at the moment to change it. Thats why youi have a modder that made the patch.
I played this game from the beginning and he keep the quality through all the updates. It's true that the models are not the best and the story aren't the most original, sometimes have bored moments, but with all of that, My New Family is one of the best visual novels I ever play.
Hands down one of the best and most well written VN's I've played. The NSFW scenes are meaningful, the characters actually have believable personalities and it's a big game for a renpy. B.I.G.

Version 0.14 is the start of the story. Version 0.22 picks up where that one ends. The Dev wanted to split the game because it was getting to be to big.

I think it's sarcasm. Holding hands isn't lewd at all. But Lucy's very reserved, almost tsundere, so holding hands in public is a big deal. He's teasing her.

More anal, all this anal talk and then nothing ever happening is a bit disappointing, better view of the sex scenes, also I have been thinking about this since the development with Lucy's tail. It would be so cool to have one of the chapters where something bad happens like one of the fathers coming and MC having to defend his family and then he starts having nightmares and one night lucy touches him with her tail and feels all the stuff hes hidden away since being there and becomes even closer with lucy talking through all of this. also just more intimate moments between MC , lucy, alice, sandra, and maddie. those are the best 4 that the relationships progressed with and i feel like maddie gets left out a lot. more development between them and maybe more threesomes and group sex would be incredible. thats all though its a great game these are just things ive seen that I would like, doesnt mean they would make it better. Thank you for all the work you have put in its awesome!

Three months with no content after seemingly endless monthly releases feels so sad. MNF will always be one of the best stories in the genre. Thank you for all the hard work getting us here. The story got to a point where it lacked any more significant developments, but that's completely understandable with how far everything has come. There were no more villains to resolve or significant ladies to conquer. I'd love to see a 'ride off into the sunset' release where we see how it all worked out.

what are you on about, do you have any idea how terrifying for a human it is to be threatened with yours and your child's death if you ever come near him again? any parent would stay away for her and her child's safety, but in all fairness calling the police would have been smarter. he got accused of a crime once and got away with it but it'd still be on his record and if he got accused of one again the suspicion would be there and the second time he would be caught even with a lack of evidence as no jury would see a man accused of something like that twice as innocent .
every comment you've ever made on a game is some sort of complaint about a character, you have such ridiculous standards for the way you think people should act whether it's a game or real life you need to judge people differently.
14 years is a very long time. while her son live in poverty, she lives in riches. There are many ways she can save her child with her wealth . she can go to his school and take him abroad or take him somewhere far away his father doesn't know. his father is poor and will not have enough money to find his son.

And 14 years of living with her new children, abandoning her only son. she also enjoys the pleasure of making love with her new husband and gave birth to two children after those pleasures while her son suffers from her abandonment. she only repented for 14 years and lived happily with her new children. she's useless, she's rich but can't do anything for her son
well the thing is regardless of his poverty level the MC's father is connected to organized crime members (think things like the mafia) and once you get to a certain point you would find out he was even using these connections to threaten his own parents to keep them away from the MC....
but hey your choice if you want to hate a woman for fearing her violent criminal ex that threatened her life and the life of her son and then fearing the hatred of her son she was forced to abandon

The scenario reminds me of a story about the wisdom of King Solomon. Two mothers in the realm had babies the same day, but one baby died. Both were now claiming the surviving baby was hers. Solomon had to choose which one was the real mother. He said the baby should be cut in half. The First woman agreed. The Second said "Please don't kill it. Let her have the baby." Solomon determined the First woman, out of jealousy or grief, didn't mind seeing the other mother's baby die too, but the child's real mother would sooner let her baby be raised by a questionable person than have worse harm come to it. So Solomon gave the baby to the Second mother.
Mothers make personal sacrifices for their children almost daily, some small just in the moment, some with lifelong irreversible outcomes. But that's what a LOVING parent does, they will choose the best possible/least bad outcome for their offspring despite their own aspirations and/or desires. For individuals who haven't had children, it's sometimes hard to understand.
I don't think she's bad. The story explains why she did what she did. I hated Tanja at first but she got redeemed. But I wouldn't blame someone for not wanting to persue her route. But that's what choose-your-path is good for isn't it? If there's a character that you're not into, skip 'em.
as it currently stands .14 is the first part of the story so far and .21 is the second part of what's currently available and when .22 releases you will need to be at the end of .21 to play the next part
the dev decided to break the game up into parts so you only have to download smaller more manageable files

so whenever i finished 0.14 i always get a message saying i didn't do enough to pass to 0.22, what else can i do?
best bet is to restart from very beginning
